I find it hard to believe that a large company such as this would have such terrible customer service. They said they would give me a Credit of 1/2 the amount that I paid. After 3 weeks they still have not come to look at it. They (nexgrill)said they would have someone from their company come and look at it. They even replaced a few other parts and still not working.
I finally took it back to Lowes and they got the parts on, but the grill still did not work. My self and 2 others tried to get these parts on but could not do it. They had me discribe the problem and they sent me parts. I contacted Lowes and they refferred me to Nexgrill the manufacturer. 21, 2008 I bought a Jen Air grill that was very expensive from Lowes. And what, buy another one in 6 or 7 years. Cost to replace it: over $300 for parts and labor, one fourth the cost of the unit to begin with.īecause i am such a nice guy the phone lady said we could get 10% off a new unit. I have never had a clock go out on a stove before.
